■Regarding Receipts
[For Member Purchases] Available for issuance on the member screen after payment completion. *Please note that receipts cannot be issued for cash-on-delivery payments.
Go to My Page (person icon) ⇒ Order History ⇒ Click "Issue Receipt," enter the recipient's name, and download.
The name on the receipt will be only the name of the person who placed the order.
We do not issue receipts that combine multiple orders.

As a general rule, returns and cancellations due to customer convenience (e.g., refusal to receive, incorrect address, prolonged absence) are not accepted after an order has been confirmed.

【Returns and Exchanges】
Upon receiving your product, please check if it matches your order content.
While we take every care with our products, if a product is damaged, soiled, defective, or different from your order, please contact us within 10 days of product arrival.
We will accept returns/exchanges only for unopened items.
(We will bear the shipping costs.)

If a product is returned to our store due to "prolonged absence," "incorrect address," or "refusal to receive," we will charge you for the round-trip shipping fee and the product price. Please be aware of this.
